- You retain the right to modify, limit, or revoke access for System Users at your discretion. The Company will act solely on your instructions regarding disputes with System Users.
Service Registration, Renewal, and Termination
- Registration: Requests for service must be submitted through the website. The Company reserves the right to reject any applications that do not meet its evaluation criteria, which will not be disclosed.
- Renewal: Unless explicitly terminated by the user, service subscriptions renew automatically for successive one-year terms.
- Termination:
- For free services, termination may be requested via email at support@vansalesapp.com.
- For paid services, termination requests must also be sent to support@vansalesapp.com and will take effect at the end of the current subscription period. Immediate termination will not result in a refund.
- Vansales reserves the right to terminate services due to non-compliance with these terms.
User Responsibilities
- Payment: Users must pay annual fees as outlined in their chosen service package. Non-payment or late payment may result in temporary suspension of services without liability to the Company.
- Data Accuracy: Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information and notify the Company of any changes in writing.
- Prohibited Uses: Services may only be used for lawful purposes. Any misuse, including violations of Thai law or public morality, may result in immediate termination without refund.
- Security: Users must safeguard their account credentials and notify the Company of any unauthorized access.
